Mosaic is an established name in architecture and restoration, with over 20 years of experience in the field. To expand its services and contribute to the growing sector of planning and development in the country, Mosaic initiated a consultancy service for urban and regional planning in 2006. Since then, it has expanded its human resource base and infrastructure to offer expert solutions in this field.
We specialize in conservation, restoration and retro-fitting of heritage buildings and their adaptive re-use as hotels / guest houses / clubs / schools etc. The architectural consultancy we offer involves not just core design, but also planning issues, related to the site and its surroundings, e.g. land use, drainage, parking issues, etc. Our services include but are not limited to site analysis & viability, presentation drawings, block cost estimates, GFCs and BOQs. We have a range of associates who provide building services like plumbing and electrical, structural design. We have expertise in preparation of Detailed Project Report, Project Information Memorandum and other reports as needed by client.
In our architectural work we practice and promote eco-friendly ways. Recycling technologies, use of more efficient materials whether these are traditional or modern, energy efficient buildings - these are integral to our work.
In planning and development, we have developed expertise in urban, regional and tourism development. We specialize in economic feasibility studies, master planning, land use planning, policy and project planning, destination development. Our comprehensive (strategic) advisory services include surveys and studies undertaking regional analysis, stakeholder engagement, participatory planning, settlement pattern studies, infrastructure planning, and natural resource mapping.
We envision promoting strategies to achieve spaces that are economically viable, socially equitable and environmentally sustainable. We provide services to various organizations in the field - We have worked in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Odisha. We provide services to various organizations such as government departments, consultancy firms, etc.

He founded the consultancy in 1993. Right from the time of his college dissertation he has been fascinated by traditional building forms and techniques. In the last 20 years he has travelled to the remote areas of Rajasthan to study these. His restoration work showcases the relevance that these traditional methods and aesthetics still have today. Apart from his practice, he has also been a visiting faculty at Department of Physical Planning, School of Planning and Architecture, IP Estate, New Delhi for over 6 years.
He has clarity of thought and a mature sense of handling situations. Project managements & organisational skills have been refined to lead the team of planners & architects.
Mandira Srivastava

Worked as Probationary Officer in State Bank of Patiala for 3 years. Took voluntary retirement from the bank to spent time on reading literature, trekking, wildlife study and travelling. Ever since joining our firm, she has been instrumental in ensuring in-depth research in any aspect of the work. Her true talent has come to fore with report writing in the field of planning. She also acts at the HR Director in the office.
